AC/DC Singer Raising Money For Families Affected By Pediatric Cancer

AC/DC singer Brian Johnson plans to raise $1,000,000 for for families affected by pediatric cancer. Brian's new "Highway To Help" TEXT To Give Campaign will be raising money through texting and the internet.

During the 24 hours of the 50th running of the Rolex 24 Hours Of Daytona (January 28, 3:30 p.m. to January 29, 3:30 p.m.),Brian will be raising funds to provide services to families affected by pediatric cancer.

Brian will be in the following races:

* October 27-30 - Savannah
* November 10-13 - Daytona HSR
* December 2-4 - Sebring Bobby Rahal vintage race series
* January 26-30 - Daytona 24 hours

Johnson has canceled a planned solo tour in support of his recently released book, "Rockers And Rollers: A Full-Throttle Memoir".

Johnson was set to recount stories from the book and sing songs with backup from two members of SKID ROW bassist Rachel Bolan and guitarist Scotti Hill.

The trek was set to kick off on February, but that is the same month Johnson will undergo wrist surgery.
